About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Performance Creative to own the creative strategy and production behind AutoReel’s paid acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build the systems, build and manage a lean team (primarily offshore), and personally own the creative ads output that powers our growth. You’ll be responsible for producing 50-100+ video ads per week across channels, building scalable creative testing frameworks, and integrating AI tools into every stage of the workflow. This needs to be a thoughtful, scalable system that can support scaling up to 100-500 creatives weekly if needed. You understand how Meta and TikTok algorithms reward creative, and you know how to turn that knowledge into lower CPAs and higher ROAS. This isn’t a “big team, big budget” role. It’s a “scrappy, high-output, build-the-machine” role at a startup that’s growing fast and competing hard.
