The Claims Team are looking for a Warranty Triage Handler to guide claimants through the claims process, giving advice regarding suitable repairers and relevant liabilities. Service Advisors qualify claims under supervision, ensuring accurate and speedy claims resolution giving regard to company procedures, insured liabilities and customer sensitivities.
What you’ll do:
- Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of products
- Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and online
- Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with
- Maintain company service levels
- Provide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely information
- Provide professional and friendly service
- Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request
- Arrange vehicle assessments
- Other reasonable duties as required

What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Good understanding of voice/soft skill
- Mechanical background or equivalent service advisor experience demonstrating knowledge of the basic workings of a modern motor vehicle
Preferred:
- Experience in a FCA regulated environment
- A background in insurance product administration and claims resolution
- Hands on mechanical background
