The Claims Team are looking for a Warranty Triage Handler to guide claimants through the claims process, giving advice regarding suitable repairers and relevant liabilities. Service Advisors qualify claims under supervision, ensuring accurate and speedy claims resolution giving regard to company procedures, insured liabilities and customer sensitivities.

  • Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of products
  • Resolve claims across a variety of platforms: telephone, fax, email and online
  • Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request
  • Good planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Mechanical background or equivalent service advisor experience demonstrating knowledge of the basic workings of a modern motor vehicle
  • A background in insurance product administration and claims resolution
  • Hands-on mechanical background
