Location: Harlow

Salary: £22,932-£23,500

Full-time Fixed term contract – 12 months

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What you’ll do:

  • Download invoices from internal systems
  • Cross-check invoice details for accuracy before distribution
  • Email invoice copies to dealers in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate record of sent invoices
  • Assist with any follow-up communication regarding invoice queries
  • Other reasonable duties as required.
