Job Description: Vehicle Technician We have partnered with a well-established and successful Main Dealership in Croydon who are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Vehicle Technician. We are looking for a skilled, motivated and reliable technician who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a professional workshop environment with excellent training and genuine opportunities for progression. What’s on Offer? * Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS * Basic salary of £40,000 DOE, with realist OTE of £45,000 * 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays * Excellent manufacturer training and development * Modern, well-equipped workshop * Manufacturer-backed technical training * Supportive and professional working environment * Genuine opportunities for career progression * Long-term career opportunities within an established automotive group Key Responsibilities * Service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards * Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment * Complete Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHCs) * Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests where required * Work closely with the wider Aftersales team * Support apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent * Previous dealership or manufacturer experience preferred * Diagnostic and fault-finding skills * MOT Tester qualification would be an advantage * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A positive, professional and hardworking approach If you’re an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a Monday–Friday role with no weekends, excellent benefits and genuine career development, we’d love to hear from you.
