We have partnered with a well-established and successful Main Dealership in Croydon who are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Vehicle Technician. We are looking for a skilled, motivated and reliable technician who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a professional workshop environment with excellent training and genuine opportunities for progression.
What’s on Offer?
- Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS
- Basic salary of £40,000 DOE, with realistic OTE of £45,000

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Complete Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHCs)
- Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests where required
- Work closely with the wider Aftersales team
- Support apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Previous dealership or manufacturer experience preferred
- Diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT Tester qualification would be an advantage
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, professional and hardworking approach
