Weavers Lodge in Castle Cary is seeking a compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will provide gentle, dignified care, support individuals with personal care, and help maintain a calm, safe overnight environment.
The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with night shifts 21:50–07:10 and weekend work required. Prior experience in healthcare or social care is preferred; knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support is desirable and training will be provided.
