Here is what your role as a Support Worker will look like:
- Personal Care Champion:
Support the children and young people with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and meals whilst encouraging their independence. - Activity Enthusiast:
Plan and take part in fun activities such as crafts, games and sports to encourage teamwork and new skills. - Health and Wellness Guardian:
Monitor their health and well-being, ensuring they stay happy, healthy and emotionally supported. - Team Player Extraordinaire:
Collaborate with the team to create personalised care plans, enabling a safe and nurturing environment for all.

Support Worker Shifts:
- Offering days, nights & bank roles
- Working weekends are essential
- Term time: weekdays 7am-11am, 2:00pm-9:30pm.
- Night Shifts: 9pm – 8am
