At The Willows, we are all about creating a happy, supportive, and engaging home for the individuals we care for. Supporting up to 10 amazing people, we help them live meaningful, independent lives — and now we are inviting a compassionate support worker to be part of our team. Willow View is a lovely, peaceful bungalow a short distance from the main home. You may be required to work at both homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your focus will be on empowering individuals to thrive. This means providing practical assistance with their daily living, helping them build confidence and skills, and offering emotional support tailored to each person’s unique needs. You’ll encourage creativity and participation by facilitating activities that bring joy and foster social connections. Whether it’s joining a community outing, supporting someone to try a new hobby, or simply sharing a laugh during a movie night, you’ll be there to make it happen. Health and wellbeing are also central — you’ll observe, listen, and act to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and supported at all times. Above all, you’ll be part of a team that collaborates closely, sharing knowledge and ideas to deliver personalised, high-quality care plans that truly make a difference.
