The Web3 Client Relationship Officer will play a key role in supporting the Foundation Services business.

The officer will be responsible for maintaining high operational and service standards, while also cultivating strong, profitable relationships with clients and service providers in the digital asset space.

The candidate is expected to

Main responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and operations.
  • Assist clients in overseeing general operations, administration, and various integral functions.
  • Engage, collaborate with, and manage relationships with clients’ service providers, ensuring efficient operations and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to oversee bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and transparency reporting and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Support token operations, including assisting with the deployment of smart contracts, managing on-chain claims and vesting schedules, and collaborating with third-party service providers.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and be actively involved in token launch conversations, such as working with market makers, centralized exchanges, and custodians.
  • Assist with grant management process for clients by reviewing grant proposals and liaising with interested stakeholders, manage grant disbursements, track relevant KPI’s and milestones and create any required deliverables.
  • Support governance processes by reviewing and monitoring formal and informal proposals to ensure compliance with foundation bylaws and applicable laws.
  • Take on additional project management, operations, governance, and grant-related tasks as required by Directors.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with service providers across financial and operational sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Preference for candidates with professional qualifications e. g. CA/CPA/ACCA/solicitor or equivalent.
  • Candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Candidate should have at least 2 years demonstrable experience in the Digital Assets/Web3/Crypto space.
  • Demonstrable experience with preparing and delivering presentations and working directly with clients and service providers, is also required.

Compensation

The base salary will be commensurate with the level of experience that the candidate has. The employee will also receive an annual discretionary bonus.
