We are looking for a Junior Robotics Integrator/Developer with the following qualities:
- General: Start-up experience/attitude preferred (high levels of initiative, used to working in small, dynamic teams); Degree level in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline; 1-2 years employment, but would suit new graduate with commensurate industrial experience.
- Essentials: Software development experience in C++ and/or Python; Experience with ROS/ROS2; Experience of control systems engineering for robotics and/or aircraft, with a working knowledge of Matlab Simulink.
- Strongly recommended: Algorithmic development experience in machine vision, machine learning, AI, Guidance, Navigation and Control, or other robotics-relevant area; Good software development practice; Microcontroller firmware development experience (e.g., Arduino).
- Beneficial: UK Driving license; Drone flying experience; IT infrastructure development and maintenance.
The role is based in leafy Milton Keynes, an 8min Uber or 15min cycle from the station, with a 35min fast train to London Euston. This role will involve developing robotic systems to address a range of challenging applications in industry and Defence and Security.
