Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough Renault offers a basic salary up to £25,479 (age related pay), pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
We are looking to recruit level 3 qualified college students who aspire to fast track their career as Vehicle Technicians in a franchised dealer environment. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced Renault trained Vehicle Technicians and work with a franchise Service Leader.

What you can expect from this role and programme:
- A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily
- An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular check-ins to monitor your progress
- Utilising your mechanical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
- Aiming to effectively service and maintain customer vehicles within the year
What you will need to succeed:
- A thirst for learning and a willingness to absorb skills required to be a Vehicle Technician
- High motivation and a great attitude
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and aspirations to work in a team
- Capability and confidence in using workshop equipment
