We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with an excellent reputation among both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming customers and handle aftersales enquiries efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Manage and prioritise your workload, working independently when required
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information using IT systems
• Promote additional products and services in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will:
