Automotive Talent Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced EV / Tesla Specialist Technician on behalf of a busy, high-performing independent automotive business in the Berkshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician who is passionate about electric vehicles, diagnostics, and future automotive technology. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking workshop working on modern EV and hybrid vehicles with excellent earning potential and long-term progression available.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / EV Technician
  • Tesla experience highly desirable
  • Level 3 Qualified Technician
  • High Voltage Qualification advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Confident working independently and within a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence

THE ROLE:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance & repairs on EV / Hybrid vehicles
  • Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
  • Battery, electrical and high-voltage system repairs
  • Supporting workshop efficiency and first-time fix targets
  • Working with the latest manufacturer technology and tooling
  • Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
