Automotive Talent Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced EV / Tesla Specialist Technician on behalf of a busy, high-performing independent automotive business in the Berkshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician who is passionate about electric vehicles, diagnostics, and future automotive technology. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking workshop working on modern EV and hybrid vehicles with excellent earning potential and long-term progression available.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / EV Technician
- Tesla experience highly desirable
- Level 3 Qualified Technician
- High Voltage Qualification advantageous
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
THE ROLE:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance & repairs on EV / Hybrid vehicles
- Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Battery, electrical and high-voltage system repairs
- Supporting workshop efficiency and first-time fix targets
- Working with the latest manufacturer technology and tooling
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
