Are you an Experienced Manager in the AUTOMOTIVE Industry? Automotive Talent Partners are working with a successful, franchised dealership in Berkshire seeking an experienced General Manager / Head of Business to lead operations, drive performance and deliver sustained business growth. This position requires a proven and stable track record operating at General Manager or Head of Business level within a franchised dealership environment.

Package:

  • £60,000 Basic Salary
  • £93,000 On Target Earnings
  • OTE guaranteed for an initial period for the right candidate
  • Company Car
  • Strong Benefits Package

General Managers within this group are currently earning well in excess of £100,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver profit and volume performance in line with agreed budgets
  • Drive KPI performance across all departments
