We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused people person to join a dynamic automotive sales team. We may also consider candidates from other sales backgrounds, although Car Sales Executives with main dealership experience are preferred. This is a busy site with plenty of inbound enquiries, providing great opportunities for strong performers. You will also have the chance to work with repeat customers and outbound prospecting to maximise both unit sales and F&I Performance.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer communication skills and be confident in delivering finance and insurance product presentations while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving vehicle sales and achieving monthly targets agreed with the Sales Manager
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships through integrity, loyalty, and personal professionalism
- Preparing order forms and other relevant sales paperwork accurately
- Delivering finance and insurance product presentations to customers
- Managing repeat customers and outbound prospecting to maximise unit sales and F&I performance
- Supporting promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays, and team training sessions
