We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with an excellent reputation among both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming customers and handle aftersales enquiries efficiently
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Manage and prioritise your workload, working independently when required
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information using IT systems
- Promote additional products and services in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will:
