We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with an excellent reputation among both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming customers and handle aftersales enquiries efficiently
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers

  • Manage and prioritise your workload, working independently when required
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information using IT systems
