Automotive Talent Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful main dealer workshop. This role is ideal for a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for their next position within the motor trade.
The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, fault finding, warranty repairs, vehicle maintenance and general workshop duties.
The Role:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs
- Completing diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Brakes, suspension, clutches and timing belts
- Vehicle health checks
- Warranty and manufacturer repair work
- MOT preparation
- Completing job cards and workshop paperwork
- Working to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining high levels of workmanship
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous Vehicle Technician experience
- Strong mechanical repair experience
- Confident with servicing and diagnostics
- Main dealer, dealership or independent garage background considered
- Full UK driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- Professional and reliable attitude
