Automotive Talent Partners are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Showroom Manager / Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a high-performing main dealer group in the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional looking to progress within a busy, successful dealership environment with genuine long-term career progression available.

THE ROLE:

  • Supporting and driving Car Sales department performance
  • Assisting Sales Executives with deal structure and closing sales
  • Maximising finance, warranty and additional product penetration
  • Maintaining FCA compliance and deal file standards
  • Supporting daily showroom operations and customer experience
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager and senior management team
  • Driving profitability, KPI performance and retailer targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous main dealer Automotive Sales experience essential
  • Experience as a Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive highly desirable
  • Strong finance and lender knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Target-driven and highly organised individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
