A successful franchised main dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Business Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven automotive professional who can support the sales team, maximise profitability and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and sales executives, helping to structure deals, improve conversion, maximise finance and insurance performance and ensure every opportunity is followed through effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and motivate the sales team
- Structure profitable vehicle finance deals
- Maximise finance, insurance and add-on product penetration
- Manage customer negotiations and deal progression
- Monitor enquiries, appointments and sales conversion
- Ensure FCA and manufacturer compliance standards are maintained
- Assist with vehicle valuations and part-exchange negotiations
- Help the department achieve volume, profit and customer satisfaction targets
The Ideal Candidate:
You will currently be working as a Sales Controller, Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive industry. You must have strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
