The Job
- Night Shift: Sunday night – Friday morning, 22:45 – 08:15, £32,000, Orpington BR6
- Mid Shift: Monday - Friday, 13:30 – 23:00 (Friday - 08:00- 17:30), £30,000, Orpington BR6
Duties
- Taking wheels off cars using a standard jack and air jack
- Fitting and stripping tyres using a tyre machine
- Using acid to remove debris and paintwork
- Carrying wheels up to 23” – Heavy lifting / manual handling
- Welding and Straightening
- Preparing for painting
- Painting wheels (eventually with training)
- Using different tools and machinery
Experience
- Automotive background working with wheels and tyres
Requirements
- Valid full UK driving or bike licence
- Own transport to be able to get to us (country lane)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good timekeeper
- Physically fit and able to lift weight
- Good listening skills
