Overview
Automotive Repair Systems is seeking additional mobile paint repair technicians to join our team in Bridgend and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide a repair service to our trade and retail customers.
- Work Monday to Friday during franchised motor dealer opening hours.
- Travel to customer locations to perform SMART repair services (Paint, Alloy Wheel, and related services).
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service; be physically fit, well presented, and customer focused.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and accurate documentation of work performed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years paint/wheel repair experience (preferably ATA/IMI/QAA and working to PAS 125 formats).
- Good knowledge and application of fillers (for Paint/SMART Repair).
- Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend.
- Attention to detail; prior customer-facing experience; basic Maths and English; prepared to travel daily; flexible with hours; excellent time keeping and self-organisation.
- Valid UK driving licence.
