Mobile Paint Technician (automotive) We are one of the UK’s Largest Independent S.M.A.R.T Repair Companies. With customers based far and wide across the UK, our ever-growing business needs dependable people to join our successful paint repair team. ---------------------------------------------- 💰 Joining Bonus of £1,000 available 💰 ---------------------------------------------- The Job 📌 * Monday – Friday * 08:00 – 17:30 (Finish time may vary) * £35,000 - £40,000 basic + Commission OTE £50,000 + * Company van, company tablet, company phone provided * Start from home, travelling to: car dealerships / customer houses * Total 29 days annual leave Duties 📑 A successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mobile smart repairs. Setting up and using a spray gun, mixing paint, matching colours, using filler on occasions, primer and lacquer. Additionally acknowledging safety regulations and assessing the job is able to be carried out. You will also be experiences various weather conditions while completing your repairs. Equipment provided. Repairs on vehicles will include: * Minor scuffs and scratches * Paint blemishes * Stone chips * Wings / doors sprayed * Small dents Experience 🥼 * Minimum of 3 years experience within a paint spraying environment * Preferably automotive / motor trade background but not essential * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in paint repair Requirements 📂 * Valid full UK driving licence * Knowledge of filler * Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend * Right to work in the UK * Strong customer service * Good timekeeper * Basic maths and English required * Been in previous customer facing roles. * Great attention to detail * Assessment / Induction Day required ⭐⭐ APPLY NOW FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION
