We are one of the UK’s Largest Independent S.M.A.R.T Repair Companies. With customers based far and wide across the UK, our ever-growing business needs dependable people to join our successful office team at our Head Office in Orpington.

The Job:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:30
  • £30,000
  • Orpington BR6

Duties:

  • A successful candidate will be responsible for incoming bookings at our Orpington Bodyshop for the alloy wheel department.
  • Managing incoming bookings via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Acting as a main point of contact for customers and car dealerships that we work with
  • Scheduling and coordinating vehicle appointments efficiently
  • Entering Customer Repair Bookings on our Computer System - Full training will be given.
  • Recording and logging condition of vehicles upon arrival
  • Coordinating and managing hire cars where required with insurance customers
  • Liaising with our Diamond Cut Wheel division and all technicians for different processes either on the telephone, face-to-face or their tablet.
  • Provide support to the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assisting and completing estimates for customers / dealerships, taking payments, speaking with customers face to face.

Experience:

Requirements:

  • Valid full UK driving licence – Need to drive to get to us (Country Lane)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong customer service
  • Good time keeper
  • Basic maths and English required
  • Been in previous customer facing roles

  • Can work in a fast paced environment
  • Quick learner
