What You Will Do Serve as the go-to expert on packaging materials, providing guidance on sustainable, innovative solutions. Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure packaging complies with standards such as OPRL, EPR, and Plastic Tax. Lead the design and execution of new packaging concepts, from initial ideas to factory trials and final product launches. Collaborate with suppliers to source cutting-edge materials and stay ahead of market trends. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of packaging and foodservice product development projects. Present innovative packaging concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders, driving forward-thinking solutions. What You Will Bring A minimum of two years\’ experience in packaging development within an FMCG environment, ideally within the food industry. Strong knowledge of packaging materials and their functional properties, with a focus on sustainability. Proven ability to manage critical paths and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. A relevant qualification in Food Science, Technical, or Engineering. A track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving packaging processes.
