This leading provider of total facility solutions is currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. What You Will Do Work closely with the Operations Director and Sales Director to implement a sales strategy aligned with corporate goals. Drive sales and business development across the business. Develop a robust sales pipeline and opportunities, forecasting sales growth and profitability. Implement and manage operational plans for new accounts, developing third-party relations and strategic service partner networks. Collaborate with other group businesses to develop a self-delivery approach and identify other opportunities for Group services. Continually work with the team to develop and improve opportunities and services, fostering strong relationships with strategic clients. What You Will Bring Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally within the facilities engineering or industrial sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. A track record of driving the sales process from planning to close and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Availability for frequent travel to meet the demands of the role.
