Automotive Project Manager – 36121872 – £33.88 per hour umbrella rate

What You Will Do

• Oversee the alignment of the Demand Process, Enterprise Roadmap, and Technology Delivery Framework to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead the 90-day lookahead process, managing weekly milestone reviews and onboarding of new projects and team members.
• Support the delivery of the Feature and Technology Roadmap, enabling technical leads to present their ambitions effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy and Technical Platforms to ensure alignment and consistency across workstreams.
• Drive engineering transformation activities, identifying gaps between current and future state processes and implementing improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and senior management to gain commitment and ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• You need to have an Engineering / Automotive background.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering major programmes or projects.
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Operational experience with product engineering tools, techniques, and processes.
• Strong understanding of change management strategies and the ability to guide teams through transformation.
• Business acumen and the ability to address organisational challenges effectively.
