Who are we?
As a successful independent, my client has always looked to be ahead of the curve and 2026 sees us looking to ramp up our Digital transformation with investment in this part of the business. We are looking to add to our growing Marketing function, with the appointment of a talented and super creative Digital and Social Media Executive. Working alongside our Operations Manager, this will be an opportunity for someone to get real exposure to a wide range of activity where you can build upon your existing creative ability.
What are we looking for?
If you are creative, passionate about the motor-trade and possess the technical skills we require we would love to hear from you. You will be an imaginative, confident, ideas led, active and creative social media and marketing exec who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will be familiar with marketing campaigns, social media platforms and be able to bring new ideas on content and software to the business to ensure we are always at the cutting edge of creativity. You will have proven knowledge of the use of social platforms, understanding algorithms and how we can maximise our engagement.
What will you be doing?
- Working alongside our Operations Manager and with a high-performance function that includes inhouse photography and videography you will assist our team with the following:
- Assist in planning and executing the marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and assist with updating of social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin.
- Take ownership for updating our database systems.
- Work on email campaigns and DMS systems to incorporate email and SMS marketing into everyday activities.
- Promote special offers on the website and merchandise these offers.
- Assist with arranging promotional events.
- Assess the results of a marketing campaign.
- Help to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Sales prospecting.
- Vehicle handovers.
