Experienced Sales Executive - Leicester

Salary: £20,000 - £50,000 OTE

Basic Salary: £20,000 + On target earnings £50,000 Per Annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, target-driven attitude
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Full UK driving licence – Held for a minimum of 2 years

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the dealership – guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover. You’ll focus on delivering a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
  • Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice
  • Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance
  • Work toward individual and team targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
  • Support vehicle handovers, helping ensure a smooth and exciting experience for the customer
