The Opportunity

• New & Used vehicle sales

• RealisticOTE of £45,000–£50,000withuncapped commission

• Company car

• Professionally managed dealership with genuinecareer progression

Motability accreditation is desirable butnot essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Car Sales Executivewith dealership experience (essential)

• Consistent performer, typically selling15–20 cars per month

• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused

• Strong understanding of the full sales process

• Stable employment history with aproven track record of success

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and welcoming customers

• Understanding and qualifying customer needs

• Conducting test drives

• Carrying out part-exchange appraisals

• Presenting tailored finance and vehicle proposals

• Closing deals and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Completing quality handovers and deliveries
