Automotive Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Burton on Trent is seeking a proactive Service Manager to balance customer satisfaction, team development and commercial performance across the service department. You will have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, ensuring the workshop runs efficiently, delivers outstanding service and that the team consistently achieves manufacturer KPI targets.
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00; Saturday rota 08:00–12:30.
