Our client based in Bromsgrove has requested our assistance seeking a suitably experiencedWarranty Administratorworking with the successful team in their franchised quality brand car dealership

Our client's excellent facilities within a car dealership in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to join their team.

Salary: circa £30,000

Responsibilities

• Being involved in every aspect of the warranty and goodwill policy and procedure.
• Accurately submitting claims on a daily and weekly basis
• Monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports
• Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and service
• Checking invoices and credit notes
• Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes and procedures.

If you have previous experience within the Motor Trade and most ideally working within a busy service / warranty office, then we would like to hear from you.

The job will involve handling all warranty claims, so if you already have good understanding of vehicle components and language, this would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be organised, possess good computer skills and have the natural ability to be able to communicate successfully at all levels.
