- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

About the Role
As a Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, while supporting the wider workshop team with your expertise and knowledge. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the workshop, working hands-on with vehicles and ensuring every job is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out advanced diagnostics, analysis, and vehicle repairs
- Perform road tests to identify and resolve complex faults
- Complete Vehicle Health Checks accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes
- Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Produce clear and accurate repair documentation (fault, cause, rectification)
- Support and mentor other technicians, sharing your knowledge
- Maintain workshop standards, tools, and equipment to a high level
- Adhere to all health, safety, and manufacturer guidelines
