Our well-respected motor trade client is seeking a New and Used Sales Manager for their franchised main dealership in the Manchester area; main dealer experience is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager
- Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
- Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online
- To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility
- Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
- Collating finance proposals for customers
- To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff
Skills/Experience:
- FCA Accredited
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal
- Commercial awareness and financial analysis
- Good understanding of the Used Car marketplace
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
- A calm and professional manner
- IT literate & full UK driving licence
