Vehicle Inspection Technical Support We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong mechanical background, ideally gained as a car, LGV or plant technician, or in a similar role. This position would suit someone looking to use their existing mechanical knowledge in an office based environment, supporting our experienced team of field engineers and developing their technical expertise within the vehicle inspection industry. Candidate description The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of motor vehicle mechanical systems, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build a good working relationship with our field engineers and office based colleagues. Basic computer and keyboard skills would be advantageous but are not essential, as full training will be provided on our bespoke systems. Key responsibilities will include: Liaising with field engineers by telephone regarding vehicle inspections and technical findings. Preparing dictated technical reports based on information provided by field engineers. Reviewing completed reports for technical and mechanical accuracy. Providing technical support and guidance to the administration team. Working closely with both field engineers and office colleagues to ensure reports are completed accurately...
