Location : South / South East England, London and surrounding areas Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid (home-based with field travel) About Us Automotive Compliance Ltd is a leading provider of regulatory compliance services to motor retailers across the UK. We continue to grow through our strong relationships with dealer partners and a practical, motor trade-led approach to compliance. Role Overview This hybrid role is ideally suited to experienced motor trade professionals such as Senior Sales Executives, Business Managers, or Sales Managers. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of dealerships, supporting them with FCA compliance, training, and regulatory oversight. You will work primarily from home, managing your own diary and liaising directly with clients to schedule on-site audits and reviews. Key Responsibilities · Conduct compliance audits and reviews at client dealerships · Provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of assigned dealerships · Deliver FCA compliance training to dealership staff · Support clients with system usage, regulatory updates, and best practice · Occasionally conduct onboarding and system training for new clients · Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, from sales executives to directors Requirements · Minimum 5 years’ experience in a retail motor dealership operating under FCA regulation · Background in showroom-based roles (sales or management) is essential · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Confident presenting to all levels of seniority · Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel · Self-motivated with the ability to manage field-based responsibilities, including occasional overnight stays What We Offer · 5-day working week – no weekends or bank holidays · Salary of £36,000 per year (gross) · Fully expensed executive company car · Private healthcare · Company pension scheme · Additional annual leave – one extra day for every two years’ service (up to 5 days) · Company events and incentives · Opportunity to use your industry experience in a meaningful and influential role This is not a sales role.
