Duration: A comprehensive 18-month journey where you’ll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our in‑house training experts.
Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one‑on‑one guidance.
Real‑World Experience: Gain practical on‑the‑job experience.
Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry.
Starting and finishing work on your driveway, (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home). Sign on locations also available for discussion. Each year, choose your standby hours preferences to suit your lifestyle and work‑life balance.

What do I need?
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service.
- It’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t also have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
- To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

What will I be doing?
Full job responsibilities are integrated within the 18‑month training journey, including technical skill development, customer service, and on‑the‑job support under a mentor’s guidance.
