This is the job: As our Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, you'll help shape and coordinate marketing strategy across a complex, multi-product organisation. Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Digital, Insight and Commercial teams, you'll bring together competing priorities into integrated marketing plans that drive growth, strengthen our brand and deliver great customer outcomes. What will I be doing?
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategy and planning across multiple business units and products.
- Translate commercial priorities into clear, measurable marketing plans that align with wider business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align priorities and influence decision making across a complex matrix organisation.
- Drive annual and quarterly marketing planning, ensuring activity is prioritised effectively and delivers maximum value.
- Use customer insight, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities and shape future marketing activity.
- Continuously improve marketing planning processes, governance and collaboration across teams.
What do I need?
- Experienced with developing and delivering marketing strategy and planning within a larger-scale complex multi-product organisational environment or partnering with larger enterprise clients in an agency environment.
- A broad marketing background with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and how different channels work together to deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, navigating multiple business units and competing priorities within a matrix organisation.
- Able to use customer insight, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities and shape strategic marketing decisions.
- Commercially minded, with experience translating business objectives into clear, measurable marketing plans that drive growth.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people together, simplify complexity and influence decision making at all levels.
