The AA is seeking motivated individuals for Field Based AA Roadside Patrol roles.

You will diagnose vehicle faults, perform roadside repairs, and make informed decisions to get members moving again, all while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Training will cover fault diagnostics, hybrid/electric vehicle tech, and IMI L2 Award pathways.

You’ll work independently with an experienced team, handling incidents from start to finish, communicating with customers, and supporting onward
