- Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively.
Who You Are:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks.
- A natural problem-solver and strong communicator.
- Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast.
- Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation.
