Who You Are:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks
- A natural problem-solver and strong communicator
- Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast
- Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
