If you’ve got automotive repair experience and thrive under pressure, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in minimising downtime and maximising customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming service queries with clarity and technical confidence
- Authorise repairs, manage costs, and push for compliance & efficiency
- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Network teams
- Influence process improvements and drive smart commercial decisions
- Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively
Who You Are:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks
- A natural problem-solver and strong communicator
- Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast
- Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
- Energetic, curious, and commercially aware
- Resilient under pressure with great planning & people skills
- Driven to deliver fair, compliant and customer-first outcomes
