Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for cybersecurity and architecture? Do you thrive on engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping enterprise-wide security strategies? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Security Architect to lead the design and assurance of our security systems across a major transformation portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you’ll partner directly with our Chief Architect and CIO as well as senior leaders across the organisation to ensure we are secure by design and commercially aligned.

What will I be doing?

  • Shape Strategy: Define and drive our security architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead Design: Architect secure, scalable, and innovative solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, with a focus on Zero Trust and Azure.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior leaders, including CxOs, to influence and embed security into every stage of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Governance & Assurance: Lead design authorities, promote architectural standards, and ensure compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies and bring fresh thinking to how we protect our systems and data.

What do I need?

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior decision-makers.
  • Security & Strategy Expertise: Strong background in IT security, with experience in architecture strategy and design.
  • CISSP Certification: Highly desirable, especially with ISSAP or similar specialisations.
  • Architecture Design: Hands-on experience developing and implementing security architecture frameworks.
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator across all levels, from engineers to executives.
