This role will help analyse and manage the Single Front Door intake process, support the creation and maintenance of the quarterly roadmap, and provide data-driven insights to optimise demand management and value delivery.

What will I be doing?

  • Liaise with Engineering team demand contacts to work through what and where the ownership of the demand should be.
  • Undertake analysis and assessments looking at demand and subsequent impact on COO teams, and review against strategic alignment to ascertain a priority ordering and maintain demand status moving it through in preparation to kick off as part of a Gate 0 in a defined quarter.
  • Liaise with requestors to clarify requirements and gather additional information.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret demand data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leaders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand, capacity, and delivery commitments.
  • Support and work with the Demand & Roadmap Manager in maintaining the quarterly planned roadmap, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and changes impacting the roadmap.
  • Coordinate with the Resourcing team to validate demand and capacity information.
  • Work with COO stakeholders to ensure the demand gets to the right place, in the right time with the right people assigned to it.
  • Assist in the prioritisation and sequencing of demand items based on business value, capacity, and strategic alignment.
  • Document rationale for prioritisation decisions and maintain transparent records.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvements to demand management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Support the implementation of process enhancements to drive efficiency and consistency.
