As Commercial and Propositions Senior Manager, you will shape and drive the commercial strategy for Roadside Operations, ensuring our customer propositions and operational products deliver real value. You will play a key role in our transformation agenda, working with B2B, B2C, and Car Care teams to bring new products and services to market that meet evolving customer needs and strengthen our competitive edge.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to turn strategy into action, ensuring commercial plans are executed effectively and targeted business outcomes are achieved. With a strong blend of commercial insight, strategic thinking, and leadership, you will champion innovation, steer growth, and continually improve how we deliver for our customers and our teams.
What will I be doing?
- Owning and driving commercial outcomes for all Road Operations products, including pricing, strategy, and customer delivery across Parts, Fuel, and Key Assist.
- Setting and executing commercial strategy to maximise revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with the transformation agenda.
- Leading the development and delivery of commercial plans, ensuring strong performance management across key metrics such as EBITDA, NPS, ancillary income, and engagement.
- Aligning and delivering customer propositions in partnership with B2B, B2C, and Car Care teams.
- Championing the launch of new products and services that meet customer needs and strengthen integration between B2B/B2C and Road Operations.
- Facilitating crossâfunctional collaboration to ensure propositions are commercially viable, operationally deliverable, and strategically aligned.
- Working with operations teams to implement commercial strategies in an engaging, compelling, and operationally effective way across the national network.
- Optimising operational processes, such as patrol vanâstock and field deployment, to improve sales, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Supporting the rollout of initiatives that enhance Roadside Operations and elevate the customer experience.
- Collaborating with Information Systems and enabling functions to understand IT requirements and system impacts linked to redesign activity.
- Identifying and driving opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and business growth across Roadside Operations.
- Embedding commercial thinking and proposition development into transformation initiatives to ensure sustainable operational and commercial success.
