AA Prestige is committed to delivering the highest standards of service and compliance within our network of approved garages. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Area Network Manager to join our team and support our business and network growth plans.
This is the job:
- You will cover a remit of around 100 garages and conduct thorough garage audits, ensuring each audit meets the required quality level. Audits will be tailored to both customer-specific and Prestige-specific requirements, necessitating a strong understanding of audit and compliance management.
- The role involves account management for each garage once appointed, ensuring standards are maintained, and will involve promotion of AA/Prestige products and services.
- Area Network Managers are expected to communicate any risks or threats to the business with services provided to AA Prestige from the garage network.
What will I be doing?
- Network Management: Proactively manage and motivate the network of AA Approved garages to ensure the highest standards for our customers, including resolving complaints and ensuring annual audits and compliance.
- External Audits: Conduct audits for external companies as required.
- Sales and Retention: Drive the growth and retention of garages within your designated area while supporting the full UK network growth.
- Business Management Support: Analyse data, produce management information (MI) and insights, and support effective growth and management of the AA owned and AA Affiliated Network Business areas.
- Quality & Compliance Inspections: Regularly inspect garages to ensure standards and compliance are met.
- Performance Management: Use data to manage garage performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and legal requirements.
- Reporting: Provide monthly performance and risk reports to senior management.
- Mystery Shops: Conduct unannounced visits to assess service quality.
- Complaint Management: Investigate and resolve complaints in line with AA Prestige guidelines.
- Promotion: Promote the AA Approved network and value-added services to new and existing garage partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the roadside section to drive tow-in work to AA Approved garages.
What do I need?
- Experience: Experience within the motor industry aftermarket environment.
- Knowledge: Good commercial awareness of the AA brand and AA Prestige Garage product.
- Skills: Strong communication, data analysis, and IT skills (Microsoft 365).
