Join us as a Senior Business Analyst within our Chief Operating Office, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Insurance, Road Operations, Finance, and B2B functions. You’ll work closely with delivery leads, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable transformation and innovation. What will I be doing?
- Lead the capture and analysis of business requirements across multiple functions and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape integrated solutions that meet business and technical needs.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
- Act as a bridge between business teams, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to team growth and capability.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Business Analysis community.
What do I need?
- Significant proven experience within business analysis, ideally across Insurance, Financial Services, or similar sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office.
- Experience in documenting complex financial requirements and non-functional needs (e.g. security, resilience).
- Confident in leading workshops, facilitating discussions, and driving consensus.
- A proactive, inclusive mindset with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
