This is the job
We are seeking a strategic and technically credible Head of Digital Architecture to lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem across web, mobile, and customer platforms. Reporting to the Digital Technology Director, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping a group-wide digital and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals, customer outcomes, and innovation priorities. Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience, you will lead architecture across a significant £20m+ digital investment portfolio, combining business and solution architecture expertise to drive enterprise-scale transformation. This is a senior leadership role within a collaborative and inclusive environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and where you will influence senior stakeholders while building and leading a high-performing architecture function.
