Location: Basingstoke – Hybrid (Three days in office)

At the AA we support millions of customers through roadside assistance, insurance, financial and driving services. We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Consumer Finance team, partnering with our B2C Marketing improving financial models, reporting processes and forecasting tools to support better business performance and decision‑making.
What do I need?
- Graduate‑level education, ideally within Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related subject.
- Experience within a Finance, Accounting or Analyst role, either through work experience or a placement year.
- Working towards ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent accounting qualification would be beneficial.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
- Good Excel skills, with an interest in tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL or data visualisation.
- Confidence in building relationships and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge, learn and continuously improve.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Positive, ambitious and eager to develop within a commercial finance environment.
