This is an opportunity to take ownership of how we price our Home Insurance products at the AA, while also leading and developing a small team of Pricing Analysts. You'll play a central role in shaping strategies that keep us competitive, fair and commercially strong, with responsibility for both technical delivery and people leadership. At the heart of the pricing function, you'll analyse performance, identify emerging trends and refine models to support informed decision-making. Alongside this, you'll line manage two Pricing Analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output across the team. Your work will help strike the right balance between delivering value for customers and achieving business objectives, directly influencing product performance. You'll also ensure that all pricing activity meets FCA Pricing Practices rules and guidance, embedding fairness, transparency and strong customer outcomes into everything we do.
