The Role
- We are looking for a business-minded GPhC-registered pharmacist with:
- Proven success in growing NHS services, private services and retail performance, or strong ambition to demonstrate this.
- An interest in taking meaningful ownership of their clinical pharmacy practice within a community pharmacy business.
- Strong leadership skills to influence, motivate and develop the pharmacy team.
- Confidence in managing rotas, staffing priorities and day-to-day branch operations.
- The ability to optimise services, retail and dispensing performance while maintaining excellent patient care.
- Excellent communication skills that turn patient and customer contact into measurable outcomes through rapport, service delivery and appropriate retail sales.
Unique Opportunities
- 10% branch share of qualifying NHS and private services, with control over how this is shared between the Pharmacist Manager and the team.

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am–7:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
- One-hour unpaid break each working day
- Average: 48.5 hours per week
